On Wednesday, April 9, former Loyola Blakefield Preparatory High School standout Mikey Jensen’s current college team, the UMass Minutemen, lost 10-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Fairfield Stags.
The game took place at Earl Lorden Field. This was their first matchup against the Stags this season.
The Minutemen’s next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 2 p.m. at Malcolm U. Pitt Field against Richmond Spiders.
