Baltimore County Government issued the following announcement on Aug. 10.
River Rd Bridge was damaged during the spring flood and contractors have demolished the structure.
Thistle Rd is closed but residential access is currently maintained with access to the northern part of the road. #BaltCoGov #InvestingInOurFuture #BaltCoDPW
