1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Minutes for the June 20, 2018, meeting were approved and accepted.
2. SLY BIELER RESIGNATION/POSITION UPDATE
Judith Volkman has been in contact with Gallagher Services. Someone with the organization is interested in filling the Board position of “Representative of a Non-Profit Organization”. The person has a leadership meeting on the third Wednesday of the month, which is the same time the Review Board meets. Since the Board is limited in its ability to be flexible with its schedule, she will inquire whether they can change their meeting time. The person works with people with developmental disabilities and has done a lot of work with mental health issues. She has a varied background. Currently she is working with older individuals at Gallagher.
Judy also inquired of her contact at Gallagher whether they know of any psychiatrists that would be willing to join the Board. It was asked if the person should be employed. Judy informed her that the Board feels it might be more successful with a retired person, but if an employed individual could fit this commitment into their schedule, the Board would certainly not be opposed. Judy will keep the Board posted.
