Join us for our bi-annual Fall Health Fair for FREE health screenings, flu shots, health education resources, food, music and fun!
Our health screenings include:
• Cholesterol screenings
• Blood pressure screenings
• Body composition analysis
• Results counseling
• Breast cancer screenings**
• Flu shots (ages 9 and older)
