            Historic Status: Contributing structure in the Corbett County Historic District MIHP # BA-2253

            Proposal: Removal of screen door and replacement of finials; removal of contemporary brackets and balustrades.

  **5. 5003 Cedar Avenue, Relay [County Council District # 1]

           Historic Status: Non-Contributing structure in the Relay County Historic District MIHP # BA-2507

           Proposal: Installation of a 14’ x 18’ wood shed in rear yard

   **6. Glyndon Park Cottage, 10 Fiske Avenue, Glyndon [County Council District # 2]

            Historic Status: Contributing structure in the Glyndon County Historic District MIHP # BA-0714

            Proposal: In-kind replacement of wood decking boards on 8’ x 8’ rear deck

      7. 501 Stoneleigh Road, Stoneleigh [County Council District # 5]

             Historic Status: Contributing structure in the Stoneleigh National Register Historic District

             Proposal: Part II approval involving replacement of existing carriage garage doors, roof joists, asbestos piping insulation removal and replacement; restoration of concrete/stone garage foundation; installation of aluminum gutters and downspouts

              Historic Status: Contributing structure in the Lutherville County Historic District MIHP # BA-0320

              Proposal: Reconsideration of installation of circular driveway addition in front yard

      9. 212 W. Seminary Road, Lutherville [County Council District # 5]

             Historic Status: Contributing structure in the Lutherville County Historic District MIHP # BA- 0323

             Proposal: Installation of circular driveway in front yard

      10. 1716 Magnolia Avenue, Relay [County Council District # 1]

              Historic Status: Contributing structure in the Relay County Historic District

              Proposal: Installation of 2 ½ story rear addition

   **11. 704 Cliveden Road, Sudbrook Park [County Council District # 2]

              Historic Status: Contributing structure in the Sudbrook County Historic District

              Proposal: Pt II approval involving in-kind replacement of asphalt shingles
