**4. 218 W. Seminary Avenue, Lutherville [County Council District # 3]

Historic Status: Contributing structure in the Lutherville County Historic District 

Proposal: Installation of three 29.75” x 29.75” skylight windows on roof of rear addition.

**5. 516 Sudbrook Road, Sudbrook Park [County Council District # 2]

Historic Status: Non-Contributing structure in the Sudbrook Park County Historic District 

Proposal: Installation of new windows, roof and shutters; decking refacing and railing installation.

6. 1100 Copper Hill Road, Bare Hills [County Council District # 2]

Historic Status: Contributing structure in the Bare Hills National Register Historic District

Proposal: Pt II approval for upgrade to existing Tax Credit involving geothermal system.

**7. 600 Overbrook Road, Anneslie

[County Council District # 5]

Historic Status: Contributing structure in the Anneslie National Register Historic District

Proposal: Pt II amendment for bathroom electrical work/repair.

8. “Graystone”, 1613 Kurtz Avenue, Lutherville [County Council District # 5]

Historic Status: Contributing structure in the Lutherville County Historic District 

MIHP # BA - 0065

Proposal: Conversion of non-historic bump-out to pantry to include removal of door and installation of new windows.

9. 1716 Magnolia Avenue, Relay [County Council District # 1]

Historic Status: Contributing structure in the Relay County Historic District

Proposal: Installation of rear addition.

**10. “McDowell House”, 5105 S. Rolling Road, Relay [County Council District # 1]

Historic Status: Contributing structure in the Relay County Historic District MIHP # 2519

Proposal: Part II approval for replacement of boiler, radiator and hot water tank, and chimney re-lining.

**11. 4607 Prospect Avenue, Glyndon [County Council District # 2]

Historic Status: Non-contributing structure in the Glyndon County Historic District

Proposal: In-kind roof replacement.

The following historic property tax credit application was approved by staff as an emergency repair or due to the receipt of Part II approval for work reviewed by MHT:

Gillman-Black Property, 718 Cliveden Road, Sudbrook Park; emergency replacement of boiler and chimney liner. [County Council District # 2]

Kahn-Blanchard Property, 605 Murdock Road, Anneslie; in-kind emergency replacement of asphalt shingle roof. [County Council District # 5]
