Reisterstown Volunteer Fire Company issued the following announcement on Nov. 3.
S414 was requested for an MVC in Carroll County. S414 arrived shortly after Gamber units to find a single pick-up truck into a tree. It took approximately 30 minutes to extricate the two people in the vehicle.
