Jacksonville Volunteer Fire Company issued the following announcement on Nov. 12.
Fire Lieutenant James Hess received recognition from the Fire Museum of Maryland for his dedicated service to his community. He was recognized not only for his dedication to the citizens of Jacksonville’s first due, but also the citizens beyond it. Since Jim joined he has consistently managed to be Company 47's Top Responder. Thanks for all you do James!
