Baltimore County Board of Appeals met Oct. 16.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

PANEL MEMBERS DISCUSSED THE FOLLOWING:

STANDING

 The Board convened for a short hearing, then immediately held a Public Deliberation.

 The Board noted that this matter was remanded from the Court of Special Appeals for a determination of whether or not the Development Plan had vested before the change in zoning.

 The Board noted that the parties have reached an agreement that does not affect the Development Plan or the Board of Appeals Opinion.

 A full hearing was held by the Board and the community is satisfied with the agreement, and conceded that the vesting issue would be successful.

 The Board members are satisfied with the Settlement Agreement in place between the parties.

 Counsel for the Petitioner will prepare and submit a proposed Order to the Board, after review and acceptance by Protestants’ counsel.

CONCLUSION: After thorough review of the facts, testimony and law governing this matter, the Board unanimously agreed to accept the Settlement Agreement.
