Baltimore County Health Department issued the following announcement on May 29.
Mr. Samuel J. Steed also goes by the name James Steed. He was last seen on May 21, 2019 on E. Kennewick St. (Loch Raven community) he was wearing a Black leather jacket, black jeans, and brown boots with bright green shoelaces. A missing persons report was made on the same date. He is a vulnerable adult and he has been without his medication since May 21, 2019. If you have any information, please call 443-413-7711.
