ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION: Bring out the pumpkins-Agriculture Education Day in Davidsonville kicks off fall festivities

Anne Arundel County Economic Development Corporation issued the following announcement on Oct. 12.

"A day in the country. Pumpkins. Hayrides. Corn Mazes.

Fall fun flourishes around Anne Arundel and gets a real kickoff Sunday at Ag Education Day at Y Worry Farm in Davidsonville.

The event includes several area agricultural enterprises and is organized by the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC), the Anne Arundel County Farm Bureau, and the hosts at Y Worry."

“The main purpose is to create awareness and educate the general public about agriculture all while enjoying a family friendly day on the farm,” said AAEDC agriculture marketing and development manager Lisa Barge. “There will be a variety of vendors on hand to inform, educate, entertain and feed you."
