You are cordially invited to join County Executive John Olszewski, Maryland State Arts Council leadership, Catonsville Chamber of Commerce, Muralist Justin Nethercutt and the Baltimore County Arts Guild as we celebrate this extraordinary art piece. Singer-songwriter Jeremiah Lloyd Harmon and Catonsville High School Quartet will share their talents in celebration of the occasion.
