Anne Arundel County Economic Development Corporation issued the following announcement on Feb. 5.
AAEDC CEO Jerry Walker joined the African Diaspora of Anne Arundel County, Anne Arundel County Police Department, and Anne Arundel County at the Maryland City Russett Library to provide an overview of important resources available to business owners in the county.
Attendees learned about:
-AAEDC loan programs,
-the importance of the upcoming Census2020,
-business plan support through our Maryland Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Counselor,
-small and minority business programs and support,
-dedicated business development representatives available to help with permitting guidance, and
-other critical business resources and partnerships.
AAEDC works closely with our county offices and the communities that make up #AnneArundel in order to engage with our residents. We stand ready to provide guidance and work together with our businesses through any challenges that arise.
