Anne Arundel County Economic Development Corporation issued the following announcement on Feb. 8.

The popular Baltimore pie shop Dangerously Delicious Pies will open its first location in Annapolis by as early as May, the owner said.
Owner Christopher Miller, who will run the shop with his wife Kimberly Miller, received a building permit in mid-January, paving the way for construction to begin this month, he said.
Miller and the business’ founder, Rodney “The Pie Man” Henry, have been plotting an expansion to Annapolis for at least five years before finally finding the right place at 212-214 West Street, they said.
The shop has three other locations, one in Hampden and the original in Canton. The last is located in Washington, D.C.
