City of Baltimore issued the following announcement on March 7.
The railroad crossing at S. Summit Avenue in Olde Towne will be closed for approximately three days (weather permitting) the week of March 23, 2020, for CSX track work. Drivers & pedestrians should allow for additional travel time. Barricades & detour signs will provide directional guidance & assist with traffic flow. Commuter rail traffic will not be disrupted.
