Parkville (Baltimore County) home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Parkville in Baltimore County rose by $10,250 while total sales increased by 30.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 82 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,250 - a 5.6% increase over the $184,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Parkville in December 2018.
