Woodlawn home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Woodlawn rose by $2,365 while total sales decreased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,365 - a 1.3% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Woodlawn in December 2018.
