Middle River home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Middle River rose by $33,400 while total sales decreased by 23%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,900 - a 20.1% increase over the $166,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Middle River in December 2018.
