Nottingham home prices fall in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Nottingham fell by $13,850 while total sales increased by 13.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,900 - a 6.1% decrease over the $228,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Nottingham in December 2018.
