Phoenix home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Phoenix rose by $27,938 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $606,500 - a 4.8% increase over the $578,563 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Phoenix in December 2018.
