Pikesville (Baltimore County) home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Pikesville in Baltimore County fell by $93,125 while total sales increased by 68.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 28.8% decrease over the $323,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Pikesville in May 2018.
