Nottingham home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Nottingham rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $219,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Nottingham in May 2018.
