Owings Mills home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Owings Mills rose by $2,000 while total sales increased by 33.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 0.9% increase over the $233,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Owings Mills in May 2018.
