Phoenix home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Phoenix rose by $79,303 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $490,000 - a 19.3% increase over the $410,698 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Phoenix in May 2018, as well.
