Middle River home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Middle River fell by $29,000 while total sales increased by 38%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 13.6% decrease over the $214,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Middle River in April 2018.
