Parkville (Baltimore County) home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Parkville in Baltimore County rose by $14,550 while total sales decreased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 7.4% increase over the $195,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Parkville in April 2018.
