Nottingham home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Nottingham rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 2.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $229,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Nottingham in April 2018.
