Windsor Mill home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Windsor Mill rose by $8,600 while total sales increased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $211,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Windsor Mill in April 2018.
