Woodlawn home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Woodlawn rose by $27,500 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 14.5% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Woodlawn in April 2018.
