Owings Mills home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Owings Mills rose by $13,010 while total sales increased by 15.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $231,990 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Owings Mills in April 2018.
