Perry Hall home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Perry Hall fell by $18,000 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 6.1% decrease over the $293,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Perry Hall in April 2018.
