Monkton home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Monkton fell by $186,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $311,500 - a 37.4% decrease over the $498,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Monkton in April 2018, as well.
