Woodstock home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Woodstock fell by $114,200 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,800 - a 24.6% decrease over the $465,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Woodstock in April 2018.
