Parkton home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Parkton fell by $239,750 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,250 - a 58.5% decrease over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Parkton in March 2018.
