Windsor Mill home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Windsor Mill fell by $46,509 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,491 - a 22.7% decrease over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Windsor Mill in March 2018.
