Woodlawn home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Woodlawn rose by $2,000 while total sales increased by 37.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 1% increase over the $198,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Woodlawn in March 2018.
