Parkville (Baltimore County) home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Parkville in Baltimore County rose by $14,925 while total sales increased by 43.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 7.9% increase over the $190,075 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Parkville in March 2018.
