Middle River home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Middle River rose by $68,750 while total sales increased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,750 - a 45.8% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Middle River in March 2018.
