Perry Hall home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Perry Hall fell by $51,100 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,400 - a 16.9% decrease over the $301,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Perry Hall in March 2018.
