Glen Arm home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Glen Arm rose by $60,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,000 - a 16% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Glen Arm in March 2018.
