Essex home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Essex rose by $33,700 while total sales increased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 27.8% increase over the $121,301 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Essex in January 2018.
