Middle River home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Middle River fell by $4,000 while total sales increased by 131%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,000 - a 2.3% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Middle River in January 2018.
