Lochearn home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Lochearn fell by $15,661 while total sales increased by 42.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,872 - a 8.2% decrease over the $190,533 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Lochearn in January 2018.
