Parkville (Baltimore County) home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Parkville in Baltimore County fell by $24,000 while total sales increased by 98%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 11.8% decrease over the $204,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Parkville in January 2018.
