Sparks Glencoe home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Sparks Glencoe rose by $168,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 92.8% increase over the $181,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sparks Glencoe in January 2018.
