Essex home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Essex fell by $100 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,900 - a 0.1% decrease over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Essex in November 2017.
