Parkville (Baltimore County) home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Parkville in Baltimore County fell by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 7.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,000 - a 14.8% decrease over the $212,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Parkville in November 2017.
