Owings Mills home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Owings Mills fell by $31,150 while total sales decreased by 34.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,000 - a 12.6% decrease over the $248,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Owings Mills in November 2017.
