Nottingham home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Nottingham fell by $22,050 while total sales decreased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,950 - a 10.1% decrease over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Nottingham in November 2017.
