Perry Hall home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Perry Hall fell by $72,750 while total sales increased by 81.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,250 - a 23% decrease over the $316,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Perry Hall in November 2017.
